Designed for comfort and productivity, this space is ideal for digital nomads, families, or anyone seeking a tranquil getaway. The entire suite is on a single level, offering an accessible and comfortable layout for all guests, including seniors and those with mobility needs.

Restful Sleep: Features two queen beds and two full beds to comfortably accommodate your group. Spa-Like Bathroom: Unwind in the walk-in shower with a built-in bench and enjoy the comfort of a heated bidet toilet. Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing your favorite meals a breeze. Work-Ready: Each bedroom includes a dedicated work desk, complemented by high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi for seamless streaming or remote work. Outdoor Living: Enjoy memorable evenings under the stars around your private fire pit or grilling a delicious meal.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level unit, Zen Haus Suite B. Your stay is designed for convenience and privacy with the following features:

Self check-in with a keyless entry system. Private entrance. Full access to our tranquil private zen garden, the perfect spot to unwind in peace.

Interaction With Guests

We respect your privacy and aim to provide a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. While we will not be present during your visit, we are always available and just a quick phone call, message, or email away should you need any assistance or recommendations.

Other Details to Note

This property is a duplex. You will be staying in the private, self-contained lower-level unit, Suite B. Our home is situated on a hill. Please exercise caution when navigating the slight incline of the driveway and pathways.

House Rules

• NO SMOKING indoors ($500 fine) Note: Smoking is permitted outside the property; however, any lingering smoke that permeates into the interior of the property will result in a fine.

• no shoes, dirty feet or jumping on furniture

• shoes only worn outside (disposable indoor slippers provided)

• Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am especially outdoors

BEFORE CHECK-OUT AT 11:00am:

• Leave house the way you found it (no need to make/strip beds)

• Used towels in bathtub/shower

• Dishes in dishwasher or sink

• Kindly take trash/recycling out to bins

• Reservations exceeding 14 guests will be charged $50 per person, per night

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (up to two dogs) per stay applies to any dog on the premises, whether staying overnight or visiting.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

• We kindly request that dogs not be left unattended during your stay, unless they are crate-trained. For your convenience, we also offer a spacious crate to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety.

• Cancellations allowed up to 30 days before arrival but a 5% credit card and processing fee will be charged
